We got so lucky! For the record, we didn’t even step foot into the house until our final walk through, Kristi and Steve took care of everything for us. I felt that my family had a close personal friend looking out for us throughout our house hunting. I still trust, a month after closing that Kristi had everything handled properly, not to mention did a majority ( at least it felt like it to me) of the ‘heavy lifting’ when it comes to house hunting.
